My new morning walk
One of the main reasons I moved to my new home is its proximity to one of my favorite places to shoot photography. All I have to do is wake up a little early, brew a pot of coffee, grab my camera, and start walking.
My perfect place
About a mile down the road is Juanita Bay park which features an incredible boardwalk to a shallow bay on Lake Washington. In this area, I’ve taken some of my favorite photos of birds, beavers, and turtles. All just feet away, leisurely putting around in the calm water. Overhead are hawks, eagles, and ospreys gliding quietly while they look for food or defend their territory.
I love this area.
Marshawn Lynch Speed Painting
This is a 11×14 oil painting of Marshawn Lynch. I am trying to do one painting every two days or so.
Richard Sherman Speed Painting
This is a two hour speed painting I did of Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman in oil paint on a 11×14 canvas.
Macho Man Randy Savage speed painting
This is a 6 hour speed painting of the WWE Hall of Fame bound Macho Man, one of if not the best wrestlers of all time.
It’s a 3×4 foot oil on canvas.

Getting there
I took time off of work today to figure out the new format. Its coming along, but I still new to adjust my content to fit the tiles better.
My new website is up!
I just updated my website with the prospector theme. It’s taking a little bit of time to get used to, but it looks way better!
